In the unfortunate event that you lose one of your Black Hills Gold earrings, Landstroms can build a replacement for you. Please call us at 605-221-6120 or email us at info@BlackHillsGoldSource.com for a quote. Most of the time, a “half-pair” is simply half the regular price of a standard pair, but there are a few exceptions, so please contact us to be sure. Though not necessary, the best procedure after contacting us to place your order would be to send the remaining earring back to Landstroms. Every piece of Landstroms Black Hills Gold is hand made, so each has its own character. By sending your remaining earring back, Landstroms can make an exact match for you. And they will also professionally clean and polish your exiting one at no extra charge as well!

We have already had a “replacement” earring made and were very pleased. Here’s the real issue—–We spend our winters in Florida. Last January almost all of my wife’s Black Hills Gold jewelry was stolen. Much of it was my mother’s and was 70 or more years old that we received after her death about 40 years ago. We would like to replace it, if possible, with items that would duplicate the original. Are there any catalogues or web sites that we could use to try to find the original design and then have them made? The lost items include rings, bracelets, and broaches. Thanks for whatever help you can provide.
Hello Robert, I’m so sorry to hear about the theft of your heirloom Black Hills Gold jewelry. We can just hope that somehow those responsible get what is coming to them :-/
That said, you can download a catalog of Landstrom’s jewelry here: https://www.blackhillsgoldsource.com/catalog
And if you see anything you would like a price on, you can email your request here: info[at]blackhillsgoldsource[dot]com
I hope this helps.
Sincerely,
Michael
