Each piece of Landstroms Black Hills Gold jewelry carries Landstroms Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Of course, physical abuse or prolonged normal wear are not covered by this warranty. For complete warranty details, please refer to the warranty by following the link above.

Landstroms will assess the repair and contact you with a quote for the work if it is not a warranty repair. Landstroms does their best to give you fast turn-around and repairs are very reasonably priced. If it is a warranty repair, Landstroms will perform the work and return your item to you via UPS Ground. The best thing for you to do in this situation is send the ring back to Landstrom’s factory. Landstroms can generally resize most Black Hills Gold rings up or down up to two sizes, and will either exchange your new ring or resize it at no charge one time, though you will be responsible for shipping costs both to and from Landstroms. Landstroms will exchange or resize your ring at their discretion based on availability and configuration of the ring you have purchased.

Can you ship my Black Hills Gold order via US Postal Service instead of UPS?

You can also select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, for additional cost, during checkout on our online order form. We use UPS  because at this time they offer better tracking integration with our ordering and fulfillment system. However, we can also ship your jewelry via US Postal Service Priority Mail (typically three days) or Express Mail (overnight) by special request if necessary. Some rural locations are simply better serviced by the Post Office and they will also deliver on Saturday whereas in many cases, delivery via UPS wouldn’t have been until Monday. We also ship all outgoing International Orders though the US Postal Service as we have found them to be much more cost-effective and equally dependable as UPS for international shipments. How long will it take to receive my Black Hills Gold order?

If your item is in stock, it will typically ship the next day (Monday through Friday) via UPS Ground, unless you specified expedited shipping on the online order page. If your item is not in stock, then it will take approximately eight working days (again Monday-Friday) for Landstroms to build your item for you, regardless of the shipping method selected.
