Can you ship my Black Hills Gold order via US Postal Service instead of UPS?

You can also select UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air, for additional cost, during checkout on our online order form. We use UPS  because at this time they offer better tracking integration with our ordering and fulfillment system. However, we can also ship your jewelry via US Postal Service Priority Mail (typically three days) or Express Mail (overnight) by special request if necessary. Some rural locations are simply better serviced by the Post Office and they will also deliver on Saturday whereas in many cases, delivery via UPS wouldn’t have been until Monday. We also ship all outgoing International Orders though the US Postal Service as we have found them to be much more cost-effective and equally dependable as UPS for international shipments. If your item is in stock, it will typically ship the next day (Monday through Friday) via UPS Ground, unless you specified expedited shipping on the online order page. If your item is not in stock, then it will take approximately eight working days (again Monday-Friday) for Landstroms to build your item for you, regardless of the shipping method selected.
